Position: Sales Representative
Compensation Package:
- Base Salary: $50,000 to $60,000.00/yr (paid weekly)
- Commission: Negotiated at final interview
- Company Vehicle and Fuel
- Company Provided Cell Phone
- 10 Days Paid Time Off (PTO) per year after 1 year of employment.
- 6 Holidays Off
- Health, Dental, Vision Benefits available after 90 days
Job Responsibilities (include but not limited to):
- Manage and cultivate accounts within the designated territory, primarily focusing on Fort Myers and surrounding areas.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing solutions accordingly.
- Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams, ensuring smooth communication and project execution.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, proactively seeking out potential clients and projects.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to strategize and implement effective sales initiatives.
- Utilize company resources and tools efficiently to maximize productivity and achieve sales targets.
