Our client is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Surveyor to support roofing inspection and proposal activities. This is a high-impact role ideal for someone who is tech-savvy, eager to learn, and ready to take on responsibility in a performance-driven environment.

The Surveyor will play a key role in qualifying leads, conducting roof inspections, and preparing proposals that lead to closed deals—especially for roofing repairs on existing business, where we maintain an 80% capture rate.

🔨 Responsibilities:

• ✔️ Follow up on incoming sales leads

• ✔️ Schedule and complete detailed roof surveys

• ✔️ Document roofing systems using photos, notes, and measurements

• ✔️ Collaborate with estimators to prepare accurate proposals

• ✔️ Present proposals and secure signed contracts

• ✔️ Support project handoff and internal coordination post-sale
